The standard twin room had a modern interior design and there was a nice pool with onsite parking available.

Although a 10 minute walk from the town centre, this is the place to stay in Jaca. The walk to and from the centre is part of the Camino de Santiago. The restaurant is excellent and great value and the spa service is top class. The mountain view from our bedroom was spectacular. Jaca is a treasure in summer or winter!

The spacious room.
The outside swimming pool had not been used for months and was extremely dirty. Not too pleasant to look at when eating in the restaurant or sitting outside!

Very nice hotel in an ideal location for our needs (visiting the Pyrennees) Good size room (though we were upgraded to junior suite without charge) with airconditioning. Though in the town of Jaca it is located in a very nice residential area away from the centre. Good breakfast served from 7.30am. Good value.

Very clean hotel. But it is a very new one & there is a lot of room for improvement.
We ate lunch there & it was very poor value for money & a child could have cooked better. So they really to to improve in this area.

Very new, so everything is clean and works well. Great breakfast. It is a very modern style building, which ordinarily would not appeal to me, but it was very stylish and surprisingly comfortable.
It is not really a complaint, but the location is a bit "industrial", being set within a housing estate some 20 minutes walk to the town.

The place is modern with attentive staff, splendid views of the distant mountains, a fitness center with stationary bicycles, and a bar in the lobby.

Greatly enjoyed generous and good hot breakfasts.
The location was great, staff were exceptionally nice. There was a pleasant restaurant, a supermarket and two supermarkets next door. The rooms were perfectly clean and huge, especially those with large bed, a great view and all facilities required.

We booked a room for 4 occupants. A double floor room and it was really clean, comfortable and cozy. The interior design was modern. We made an advance booking for a 2 nights stay. Since the hotel was fully booked, we got a room with a broken-fridge, a sofa-bed without a sofa cushions and an air-cond which didn´t had enough power to cool the room. We informed the desk-lady but no actions taken after 15 minutes. Then, we informed one of the floor employees name Ana. She was GREAT! She told us that she will get ALL the things done as soon as possible. She needs sometime and apoligizing us with the inconvenience. We left the hotel for an afternoon brunch and once we were back, the room was cool (outside was 40 degree), new fridge and our sofa has the cushions! Compliment to Ana for her effort!

We had a family suite which was large and comfortable, with separate rooms for the children and adults, we slept on a fold out couch in the main room while the children had the bedroom.
When we arrived we were informed that neither of the two pools were open, this was disappointing as it was 30 deg C and we had hoped for a swim, the spa was also only open for adults. As is typical of most hotels we have stayed in Europe, the hotel heating is always on so our room got too hot during the night so we slept with the outside door open to try and cool things down. There is only the hotel restraunt open, you have to walk into town for anything else. There is little to see around Jaca, so better off staying in another town.
